A love story unlike any you’ve seen before.
Undersung features four caregivers of severely disabled children. In Seattle, Ramona lives with nonverbal autistic son Melvin (age 21); in Boston, Craig with his wheelchair bound, nonverbal daughter Hannah (age 23); in Ottawa, Claire with her 21year old daughter Sophie (who lost most of her ability to function after a devastating stroke during childhood); and in New Jersey, Marina with her son Gregory, now on life support at age 21 after losing his ability to walk and talk at age 8. Such devoted yet generally unnoticed caregivers benefit us all.
Undersung shows how profoundly limiting disabilities can become the grounds for uncommonly touching human encounters.
